5. Third-Party Services
We may share information with trusted third-party providers that assist us in operating the Services, including:
- Payment processors
- Cloud hosting providers
- Analytics providers
- Customer support tools
- Social media integrations
- AI service providers
These providers are authorized to use information only as necessary to provide services on our behalf.
7. Connected Advertising Accounts
DrawPost lets you connect your own Google Ads and Meta advertising accounts so we can build and manage paid ad campaigns on your behalf. Campaigns are created inside your own ad account — we never place your advertising in an account we control, and we never combine your advertising with that of another advertiser.
Google Ads
When you connect a Google Ads account, DrawPost's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use the Google Ads API solely to provide the advertising features you request.
Data We Access from Google Ads
- Authorization tokens issued when you grant access.
- The Google Ads accounts you authorize, including account name, customer ID, and currency.
- Campaigns, ad groups, ads, budgets, and targeting settings that DrawPost creates or manages for you.
- Performance metrics for that advertising, such as impressions, clicks, cost, and conversions.
How We Use Google Ads Data
- Campaign creation — to build the campaigns, ad groups, ads, budgets, and targeting you configure and approve.
- Campaign management — to update, pause, or activate that advertising at your direction.
- Reporting — to show you how your advertising is performing.
We do not use Google Ads data to build advertising profiles, to target advertising at you, to train general-purpose AI models, or for any purpose unrelated to providing the Services. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with any third party except the service providers listed in this policy that help us operate the Services.
Meta Ads
When you connect a Meta ad account, we access the authorization tokens, ad account details, and campaign and performance data needed to create and manage the advertising you request across Facebook and Instagram, on the same terms described above.
How Your Advertising Is Created
Every campaign and ad DrawPost creates on Google Ads or Meta is created in a paused state. Nothing is delivered, and no ad spend begins, until you review and activate it. Ad spend is billed by Google or Meta directly to the payment method on your ad account; DrawPost does not take payment for your ad budget and does not mark it up.
Revoking Advertising Access
You can disconnect a Google Ads or Meta ad account at any time from your DrawPost integrations settings. Disconnecting immediately withdraws our authorization at the provider and deletes the associated access tokens, so DrawPost can no longer act on the account. You can also revoke access directly from your Google Account permissions page. Any campaigns already created remain in your ad account, under your control.
8. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information.
However, no system can guarantee complete security, and users acknowledge the inherent risks of internet-based services.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to:
- Provide the Services.
- Maintain business records.
- Comply with legal obligations.
- Resolve disputes.
- Enforce agreements.
